The state of California has adopted the International Building Code January 1, 2008 bringing significant changes to the way we builders produce our homes. These code changes are better for our environment and produce a safer home. Title-24 combined with the new International Building Codes have been designed to correct energy loss on a scale of millions of homes, and ensure more consistent results in our industry.
Each project has design requirements from the smallest of remodels to the largest new home and we address them all according to their needs. Although we perform many design services in house we will outsource architect work, drafting, engineering, interior and exterior design when appropriate for the project at hand.
