The Fireplace Mantle has long served as a place of relevance in the home and has come a long way from its roots. In the early years a mantle was a functional part of the home used for drying and storing different items used in those days. Today the Mantle has become mainly a display area for photos and figurines.
Here at Dreamwood we bring to life a little of those by gone days with our Mantles. Each one is built by hand and sanded meticulously to achieve a smooth lustrous finish. Whether the Mantle has matching columns or a set of brackets you can rest assured that each piece is fit with the highest degree of care possible with live edge material, of course if we are building from dimensional wood things are a lot easier.
Every design can be sculpted to most any design desired. Every Mantle we make is custom and will not be duplicated except for the same customer.
